Returns and Refunds Policy

At Benatech Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you navigate the return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you can choose one of the following methods:

  • Via Email: Contact us at shop@benatechenterprises.co.ke with your order details and reason for return.

  • Location: Visit our physical shop at Barkat Biashara Mall, 1st Floor, Shop 9, Kumasi Road, Nairobi during our working hours (Monday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm).

3. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a smooth return process, please review what is and isn’t accepted:

Accepted for Return

  • Items in their original, unused condition.

  • Products in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

  • Items that arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

Not Accepted for Return

  • Items showing signs of heavy use, wear and tear, or intentional damage.

  • Products returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories.

  • Consumables (e.g., drill bits, saw blades, or sandpaper) that have been opened or used.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • No Restocking Fees(ksh 0): We do not charge any restocking fees or return costs with a free label included in the package.

  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment account within 15 days.

5. Shipping & Order Cancellations

  • Cut-off Time: If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us before our 4:00 pm daily cut-off time.
