Welcome to Benatech Enterprises. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of hand tools, power tools, and accessories from our shop located in Nairobi or through our digital channels. By engaging with our business, you agree to the following terms:

  • By purchasing from Benatech Enterprises, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Service Area: We provide countrywide shipping within Kenya.

  • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day.

  • Charges: Flexible shipping cost calculated and displayed before the checkout button.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): to be done via the emailed link or Receipt provided payment accounts.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  • Conditions: Returns are accepted via email or at our physical location in Barkat, Kumasi Road, Nairobi. Items must be in their original condition to be accepted.

  • Fees: There are no restocking fees(ksh 0) or return costs for valid returns.

  • Refunds: Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days.

5. Working Hours

Our business operations, including customer support and order processing, are conducted during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

  • Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed (Orders placed during these times will be handled on the next working day).

6. Limitation of Liability

Benatech Enterprises shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the improper use of power tools or hand tools purchased from our store. Users are encouraged to follow all manufacturer safety guidelines.
