1. Shipping Coverage

We offer countrywide shipping across Kenya. No matter where your project is located, we can deliver the tools and accessories you need.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Place your order before 4:00 pm to ensure it is processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates

To provide you with the most accurate pricing, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. These rates are based on your specific location and the size/weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking & Status

Once your order has been dispatched, we are available to provide updates on its progress. If you have questions about a pending delivery, please reach out to us with your order details.

5. Working Hours

Please note that our shipping and processing operations align with our shop hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm

  • Sunday: Closed (Orders placed will be processed Monday morning)

6. In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to collect your items personally, you can visit our shop in Nairobi. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and get your tools immediately.
